The nice furniture at the first picture comes from Sway´s. You see here the Throne RARE, the Curtain and the Shelf. At the Shelf you see Sway´s Magic Potion the Love Elexir and the Jar with Eye Balls. Both rare items. You can get it tomorrow at Fantasy Gacha Carnival.
